So easy drinking! Love pessac leognan Sauvignon Blanc. Beautiful white flower and apricot nose, lovely citrusy flavours in the palet.

Very hot and blocked initially, I got a lot of pyrazines upfront - almost like biting into a green bell pepper. This did mellow considerably as the night went on. Nice elements to be found and clearly has potential, just needs more time I think.

Sugar dusted violets, black currant, and tobacco on the nose. Dry palate, med acidity, med + body. Young, spicy tannins, showing oak characteristics. Loads of black currant on the palate. Med finish. Good quality wine.

Sept 7, 2016. Solice for my broken, painful toe. Much better than narcotics! Deep red, left bank Bordeaux blend. 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% merlot. Earthy nose, nicely balanced.
