Third wine from Angelus, wine is pale red with some purple. I think its because of merlot aging. On nose its plums, figs, oak with stronfg smokiness, tropical. On palate its so smooth, medium acidity, juicy, succulent, on intensity i think this wine already passed its peak. Should drink it like 3 years earlier. Still a good wine but if you want to try it, do it with younger wine. Cheers!

Garnet purple. Raspberries with vegetal undertones of tomato and graphite. Was delicious with coq au vin and, mixed green sal and thick buttered toast. Great finish to a long stretch of cab francs.
