Taillet sainte Anne brut. A nice Champagne with about a 60/40 blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Light mousse with tiny bubbles this wine for its price is complex. Peach and melon flavors with citrus zest and a gentle nuttiness. Lively acidity with good balance. Long finish ending with yeasty notes.

Jan 20th, 2018A blend of the three traditional champagne varieties, with the focused, linear sense of Chardonnay dominating. Very precise, very pure and showing a lot of finesse.
