In the summer of 1989, Conundrum was born, the 25 Anniversary Sparkler. Pale lemon, tropical and citrus aromas, tiny bubbles explode with floral notes. On the palate juicy peach and ripe melon flavors with lemon zest. Medium+ crisp finish, good mineral and biscuit ending. Tasting Sample. Grab a bottle for Valentines Day.

Crisp, light, bright, refreshing. Perfect if you want the freshness of a prosecco but also some depth from the methode champenoise.

Sipping Fine Wine

In the summer of 1989, in the culinary world, traditional dishes were being reinvented by chefs exploring adventurous new cuisine. At Caymus, they were similarly inspired to break free of the norm and began to redefine white wine. And in 1989, Conundrum was born. Light straw with tropical and citrus aromas. Tiny bubbles explode with added floral notes. On the palate peachy melon flavors with lemon zest. Generous minerality show up on the lingering crisp finish.

Smells so lovely, lemon, melon and tropical notes. Full and almost creamy... honeysuckle, lemon, peach and papaya. Would be awesome with some grilled salmon.

Like better than most sparkling. A little fruity and sweet but tart as well. Methods Champenoise. 😊. With lobster - NYE 2017
