Low acidity, black cherry notes, not too complex wine. Great cost benefit.

Easy to drink, simple, no crazy notes. Pretty good for on sale bottle.

Maybe it skunked or was turning to vinegar, but all I tasted was dirt.

Those that are poo pooing this wine need to realize it’s not meant to be multi dimensional, super layered, velvet gold, it’s $10 for Christ sake! Rate the wine w/ price in context as it’s not a bad value wine and more importantly, you can find it at most national grocery stores...dry, grippy tannins, decent body for a merlot...yes it’s not incredibly interesting but we can’t all have Caymus special select every night!! (if you can, please share 😂 )

Woooah real rough out of the bottle but settles down to velvet soon enough. Violets, chocolate, blackberry.
