30% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Meunier. I’ve had this many, many times but tonight it seemed to hit sweeter on the palate, which was meh 🤷🏻♂️ still decent but I think the right food would help this be more desirable. Spicy Pad Woon Sen? Yes 🔥

Aug 1st, 2020I recently acquired a couple of tins of boutique caviar so I thought it fitting to spoil my parents and their out-of-town friends with a fun caviar tasting, and where there’s caviar there ought to always be champagne. My wife & I picked trusty ol’ Charles Ellner for the occasion and, per usual, it did just fine 👌🏻
