Light liveliness and a copperish pink in appearance. A bit tight on the nose to start then opened with some raspberries, strawberry creme, roses and some biscuits. Medium acidity (6/10) with a medium to medium plus body. A bit of a creamy mouthfeel with flavors of cherries, strawberries, kiwi and a touch of white gravel. Long finish. Drink till 2022.

On 2.11.2019 at 10:02pm my son, Austin Cade, entered into this world. I think it only fitting to (finally) celebrate with some bubbles that were gifted to me and my wife by some dear friends for the occasion.

Copper, orange peel, citrus zest, and yeast. Nice mouthful with good body, but not overly heavy or generous. This can handle some stout food.
