The nose on this wine is incredible. Black cherry and anise, with the taste reminding me of cranberry chutney with cloves. So smooth and balanced. Definitely evolved in the glass.

Balsamic vinegar and strawberry on the nose. There’s a tart bing cherry impression upon first sip, with a hint of fig on the mid palate. I get a lime like citrus on the finish.
