What a great pick for our thanksgiving meal. Elegant wine, tannins very soft and supple, complex aromas, dark fruit and vanilla, this is what California Cab can be with over a decade of age. Delightful!

Needs a good bit of air for the tannins to settle down, which surprised me for an '09. Seems to want some red meat.
