Terrific juice! Earth, savory spices, and black cherries in the nose and on the palate.

Medium minus concentration. Fresh and clean sour cherry, raspberry, mint, earl grey tea leaves, chamomile, cherry blossom, hawthorn, crushed stones. Elevated tannins, 14%. Such a uniquely fresh CdP.

Needs a lot of time but great potential. Perfect w/ bone marrow as the fruit punched through the fat. Should evolve nicely.

A very nice smooth wine with rich red fruit flavours and a long finish. Paired perfectly with the grilled tenderloins and risotto

This was very harmonious and kind of mellow. Grenache from sandy soils dominates. Cherry, garrigue. Long finish.
