Pop and pour, notes from 4 hrs open. Maybe my last btl was just shut down, but this was spectacular: **much** better than the Le Grand Pin I had a few days ago. This is just starting to enter its peak drinking window imo. On the nose: pure incense, smoky red raspberry, soft granite.notes and lavender and herbs. On the palate: fantastic acidity..so juicy, lavender, spicy raspberry and fantastic density. So lively and still serious grip on the juicy finish.

Fantastic. Rich with a long finish. I have had a lot of Chateauneuf-du-Papes through the years, and this is the best yet. Seek this out
