Love is in the air 💕 Valentine’s Day is this Wednesday and even if you think it’s the most cheesiest day of the year, I think it’s a good excuse to pop a bottle! This Chapel Hill 2017 Rosé is made from Sangiovese in McLaren Vale, South Australia. $20 at Dan Murphy’s or BWS.
It’s a pretty sunrise pink colour in the glass. Whiffs of oranges, vanilla bean, pomegranate and a hint of buttery pastry entice you into the glass. While in the mouth it’s light and clean with balanced citrus acidity and a subtle lick of strawberries and raspberries. It’ll have you swooning for another glass for sure!
All opinions are based on my own taste buds. Wine is subjective & always evolving, so make sure you drink what you enjoy! #sample #tcweekdaywine #tctastingnotes
