First time trying anything from them and have wanted to since hearing their story on I’ll Drink to That. This is nice, with some nice flinty minerality and a touch of salinity. Didn’t hold up especially well on day 2.

Terrific BB—modern, great freshness & acidity. Flinty, lime zest, saline, acidic. Evolved nicely over five hours.
