Very Burgundian in style. Tart lemon squares on nose. Palate super lively with citrus lots of acid and a nice little touch of oak mid palate. Opened it to accompany some mushroom ravioli with beurre blanc and a Brie al la truffe meaux

I don’t know. I guess I just don’t like Chardonnay that much, even if it’s not one of those big, oaky ones.

Another win from Channing Daughters. Crisp and refreshing chard with lovely stone fruit and acidity. Not overpowering but has depth. Would buy again in a heartbeat.
