
Very Burgundian in style. Tart lemon squares on nose. Palate super lively with citrus lots of acid and a nice little touch of oak mid palate. Opened it to accompany some mushroom ravioli with beurre blanc and a Brie al la truffe meaux

I don’t know. I guess I just don’t like Chardonnay that much, even if it’s not one of those big, oaky ones.
