Red berries, strawberry, citrus, ginger, and light yeast. High tone acidity plays nicely with soft delicate mousses. Clean and refreshing yet with good layer of complexity.
This particular bottle was disgorged in 2021 with 2016 base wine and 35% reserve wine. Fantastic value given today’s hyper inflated Champaign price.
