A good combination of 3 type of grapes-(Pinot Noir 50%, Chardonnay 35% and Pinot Meunier 15%).

2016 Black Label Brut. Delightfully classic gold color, lots of small bubbles. I smell brioche, butter cookie, apricot, and lemon. Very dry and crisp taste, a hint of lemon but otherwise clean.
