Simply the most interesting Champagne I’ve ever had. This is a perfect example of how Champagne is an overlooked niche, hardly referred to as actually wine. The 9 yrs of bottle conditioning produces a truly curious and exciting experience steeped in Amber.

Interesting bacon-oak flavors in the wine. Great mousse and balance.
