A recent launch and definitely my kind of cab Franc (take note @Shay Aldriedge !). Chamboulé NACRE (nature aspires to continue refining everything) is a fruit-forward style of Cab Franc (no green flavors) sourced from John F'ing Caldwell's Vineyard. Magenta in the glass, the nose is all about cassis and raspberries. It's medium-full-bodied with silky sweet tannins and flavors of raspberries and strawberries. It's incredibly balanced with a moderately long finish. Very nice wine.
