vintage 2024 | Made of vines from 100+ years. Ripened on 500 liter barriques. Only 1800 bottles made. Smell with minerality, stinky (is reminiscent of Sancerre SB). A wine that ticks every corner of your mouth. Lots of character. Bitters and acids are very well integrated. Very long aftertaste. This wine impressed me.

At camperdown elm; Nacho’s selection. Amazing balance of lush expansiveness and linear acidity; some stone fruit married to salty undertones; influence of the flor adds texture but opens up into wonderful freshness. Only a single barrel made. Awesome.
