Recommended by our server- I wish I knew more about Italian wines. Good with green dark veggies but wouldn't be my choice if I knew any better. No oak, not crisp- like a mealy Apple. But still tasty and with a fun dining friend I hadn't seen in way too long.

Super clean almost sterile aromas, clean yet funky/dusty, I'm diggin it. Bone dry on the palate with low and smooth acidity. Light in body with flavors of lemon zest and fresh herbs/green veggies.
