These folks are channeling an austere Chablis style. Super lemony with little fruit and intense mineralogy. Plus Some grippy tannins. And a slight TCA taint that ruined the effort.

Good bones here, but is drinking a bit disjointed. My first Ceritas, so don't know if it needs time to flesh out. Or if it needs more years under its belt. A nice Wednesday treat.
