A tad bit fatter with more obvious lees-stirring on this one.. textures, clean, but still with some electric acidity. This is a well made lineup definitely worth seeking out if you enjoy finding the rare Mearsault in California.

Blissful combination of ripe, rich lemon curd and ripe, juice dripping pear. Acid/ fruit/forest funk in balance like juggled balls and leaving the most amazing finish of green papaya and vinegar.

Lemon tart and crisp minerality. Not as rich as the Heintz from some other producers or even Ceritas previous vintages, but still has a bright future.
