A tad bit fatter with more obvious lees-stirring on this one.. textures, clean, but still with some electric acidity. This is a well made lineup definitely worth seeking out if you enjoy finding the rare Mearsault in California.

Blissful combination of ripe, rich lemon curd and ripe, juice dripping pear. Acid/ fruit/forest funk in balance like juggled balls and leaving the most amazing finish of green papaya and vinegar.
