Beautiful and very Anderson Valley. The strawberry, rhubarb, plum and cherry fruit is deep, dark, layered and rich without being heavy or jammy at all. Crushed velvet. A little mocha and cola, and of course soil tones as this is Ceritas after all

Structured, dark fruit driven, nice depth and concentration, gorgeous color. Cool, savory spice, forest. Wound tannins, will be gorgeous with some time in bottle!

Very well situated - should please many, disappoint few and overjoy few to the point of tears. Masculine, but tailored, sits comfortably as something elegant, not delicate, not weighty nor lean. Crimson with brown edges, woodsy spiced undertones swoop in with a basket of fresh cherries, red plum, fudgy medjool dates. Bright acid and minerals balanced with fruit and spice. Cool and collected. Was singing on day 1, lost just a little bit of vigor on day 2.

A bit young, tannins coming on strong and didn’t soften as much as would have hoped. Something great lurking in these bottles for those willing to wait.

Lighter and more red fruited than some of the other Ceritas that I’ve had in the past. Very pretty wine. Subtle florals and spice with nice acid.
