Mushrooms a bit too present for so young a wine. Good acidity, length, and concentration but so-so complexity. Fruit was a touch ripe. Overly-candied tobacco flavor is dominant, without layers. Oak is integrated until the finish, when wood tannins bit my palate, and crippled my thirst drive.
