Expecting a little more complexity coming at the end of its drinking window and from the Asili vineyard. After a couple of hours in the decanter aromas of fine quality leather.

You seldom manage to open any bottle at its absolute best; this was one of those exceptions. Complete balance, fruit vs silky tannins vs the right amount of acidity. Downed the bottle in minutes.
