
Barbaresco in 2011 is open and ready to go. Will it last in the bottle and age? Sure in cases like this 10 years is very plausible, maybe more (or less) depending on pH.

Garnet rim. Fresh leather, lot of tannin, med acid. Red fruits still there. Coffee grind finish.
