CoSweet and refreshing like a summer evening glass with some bitterness ro cut through the sweetness. It's pretty good.
Color: Like light hay or a elderflower cordial or the light yellow you would see in a sunset.
Smell: smells sweet at first. Like apricots, peaches, and sweet summer stone fruit. There's a little hint of lemon and elderberry (or elderflower). And underneath that is a stone scent like minerals.
Taste: minerality with bitterness like a lemon rinds. Minerality, bitter, and slightly citrus and stone fruit. The sweetness in the scent comes towards the end of the finish. You get bitter and minerality with a hint of citrus and then sweet stone fruit. lor
