Really nice local wine from Valencia. Went exceptionally well with the specialty of the house which was a lechaza, a crispy pork dish which was to die for. Great acidity and tannins softened up with time.

I sense this was a shadow of it's former self. While 2007 wasn't that long ago, this is well into secondary character and shows a lot of stewed fruit and little acid or tannin. Still drinkable and enjoyable...but in the twilight of it's life.
