Reserved and austere at first, this needs some air but then reveals great depth and class. Full and complex, not heavy; structured but not too tannic. One of the best kosher wines out there. 100 year old vines!!

Okay Kosher wine. It needed more time to breathe than I had available. The wine started out too acidic but mellowed out over time. It settled down into a nice Carignan if still a little astringent. Okay but not much going on.
