April 2015 disgorged… time for some cellar work and this called out “drink me”. Absolutely delicious…med gold, sweet ripe red apple snd juicy pear. This wine is rocking at this stage. I know the price is drifting up… but still worth it if you can find it.

This remains absolutely the most fantastic champagne in its category. So multi layered. This is the 2015 vintage. With even hints of chocolate, cedar, 5 spices, apple in all varieties, coffee, lime. This is something that you d allow people to wake you up for.

Something creamy , buttery , and aged apricots on the finish. For some reason this reminds me of luxurious cream and . sherbet. Fantastic, exquisite- wow.

Maybe my champagne of the night. So young, but this btl showed so well. Fantastic BdN with a touch of cranberry, and holds its own complexity-wise with anything.
