Cayuse Vineyards
En Chamberlin Vineyard Syrah
Prefect with Memorial Day weekend ribs - structure with plump expressive personality, showing ripe and dried raspberry and blackberries, meaty with bacon fat and crushed rock tones that glide on the long finish toward vibrant tannins

Dec 12th, 2021En Chamberlin was the first Cayuse I ever tried, so it has a special place in my palate/heart. All the black olive rocks Walla Walla Cayuse funk is here - but I opened this one too early. There are better vintages but anyone hoping to taste what Cayuse is all about can find it here

May 27th, 2020Dry and spicy in the beginning but then it mellowed out into more earthy mineral dark fruit. Well balanced and an appealing draw to keep sipping....but not worth what we paid for it though!
