Dec 27th, 2015NV, Caveau du Mont July, Bugey-Cerdon Sparkling. 95% Gamay, 5% Poulsard. More of a rose and a little less sweet than the Botex Bugey. This is really good juice. Light, ripe red fruit with good acidity and only 8% alcohol. A great wine to introduce to my non-wine drinking family and friends. Just a good apertif to start any gathering with. Love me some Bugey!
