Dark roasted coffee grounds, on the nose that persist throughout, black burnt currants, dark earth, mocha, cocoa powder, black plums also on the bouquet. Black olive, underripe black plum, black pepper, charred oak, bay leaf, chewy tannins, cedar, underlying strawberry and black cherry compote.

aromas of grilled lamb, roasting nuts, wood and bramble, leather and kalamata.
tasted like kabobs- grilled meat and veggies....olive, wood.... i was pretty enamored of all the meaty garrigue on this.
