Crémant de Bourgogne Blanc de Blancs Chardonnay

Delightfully light and fruity, closer to a basic NZ sparkling than anything around champagne. Will go back for more (Kris lounge in Sydney).

Pale lemon color.
Aromas of lime, honeydew.
Dry. Flavors of lime, pear, lemongrass, mineral.

Soft apple fresh aroma small bubbles slightly sweet. Good value for money. Not overly dry.

New to me and very pleasant surprise.

Found this at a affordable price and was incredibly impressed. Well balanced beautiful acidity and a slight citrus note on the palate. A wonderful bottle for under 20!!
