This was a bit of a disappointment considering how much I love Margaret river. This wine was an explosion of passion fruit and citrus but absolutely no acidity. It fell flat on the palate defiantly only good on its own as it would not hold itself with food. — 10 years ago
A lot of history with this label and well explored. Thought it was a perfect balance of fresh dried fruit and lavender. Tropical notes on the palate but a dry finish. — 10 years ago
Found this at a affordable price and was incredibly impressed. Well balanced beautiful acidity and a slight citrus note on the palate. A wonderful bottle for under 20!! — 10 years ago
I have a soft spot for this wine as the giver I only meet for a mere 5 minutes. He left this on my bed side table in a hostel in the heart of Sydney. It is a deeper Shiraz with a lot of eucalyptus on the palate and fairy high tannin structure but a delicate anise finish with a clove distinction. Good wine and good story ... — 10 years ago
A bit too much acidity. A little too much gooseberry and not enough excitement on the palate. — 10 years ago

When I went to travel the Hunter Valley I never thought I would buy a Malbec. In fact I never even thought they could grow this varietal but they nailed it. It has an amazing full finish with a burst on the palate. Rustic, robust and subtle fruit. — 10 years ago
