To my pleasure, Park Tavern has one on the list. This bottle from Cave Caloz is made from Switzerland’s signature grape Chasselas, locally known as Fendant. Juicy with a flamboyant lemon blossom aroma, the wine is round with orchard flavor, yet soft and airy. Somewhat simple, but pure and charming.
