Deep Ruby with aromas of black fruits, spice and herb notes. On the palate flavors of blackberry and blueberry with pronounced spice and herb vegetal notes. Fine tannins, medium finish, lively acidity ending with fruit and earthy spice.

Trinch! is the entry-level wine of Catherine and Pierre Breton. Red berries, cherry, and forest floor. The predominant flavor is mellow blueberry. Medium- bodied with nice acids to keep things fresh. Finish is on the shorter end of the spectrum but strangely nutty. Natural wine but no ultra-funk that overwhelms the fruit.

This wine would make some dork from Davis go ape shit but me I think the funk is kinda killer here. Good simple yet complex juice good for the porch good for the pork chip

Fresh and bright with a wallop of tannins coating the finish. Cab franc done fun and right. If LA had seasons, I’d say this is a perfect spring wine.

Quite tasty!! Less vegetal/funky than I was anticipating, nicely defined red plum

Quite vegetal at first but then it mellows into a lovely Loire CF. Exactly what you want when you pull a cork on one of these. Blackberries, raspberries, and red bell pepper along with some green tea leaves and black stone.

I'm such a sucker for Loire cab francs. Raspberry fruit, pencil lead shavings, iron, rocky minerality, lighter body, kicking acid. Damn, this was good. Amazing with chicken livers!
