Wow! A great find. For fans of Vino Verdhe (I am not) this is a similar winemaking style but from Spain only with character, flavor, style, charisma and flavor that you must try.

Fun, light, high acid, and small effervescence. Very similar to Vinho Verde. Citrus forward.

Excellent with a nice seafood paella or with seafood in general

Green apple with hints of melon. Dry finish slight effervescent Serve very chilled. Not good at room temperature

Great with Cajun spiced grilled chicken

Not a lot of fruit, slightly effervescent, finishes clean. If I were going blind I would call Vinho Verde.

Summer-y, bubbly, light.
