Just not great, especially at this price point. Fruit, acidity, and tannin can’t seem to find balance. Alcohol sticks out. Quite bitter.
Wish I had better things to say. Terrible QPR.

Sipping Fine Wine

Deep Ruby with aromas of red and black fruits with sweet spice and earthy floral notes. On the palate flavors of black cherry, blackberry and currants with tobacco, licorice and vanilla, adding pepper spice. Fine vivid tannins, medium+ finish, well balanced with acidity, ending with fruit and earthy mineral character. Nice!

Had this at a tasting, liked it so much a bought a few bottles to put in cellar. 100% Sangiovese from old vines, medium Ruby with aromas of red and black fruits with spice and earthy notes. On the palate flavors of black cherry, blackberry and currants with tobacco, licorice and vanilla, adding slightest hints of pepper spice. Fine tannins, long finish, well balanced with acidity, ending with fruit and earthy mineral character. Nice!

Not my typical style, but a really nice wine with a cheese board. Really fruit forward with light tannins

Last night. Awesome. Probably wine # 3 or 4 of night up against vino nobiles and brunellos. Grest bouquet, fruit, mouthful and balance delicious. Basic chianti Classico was good but this was outstanding.
