Ringing in the new year with Barbaresco perfumed elegance. A little tighter and more acidity than I was expecting for the age and variety but still very good. Dried Nebbiolo roses, slate, saline, cherry, some pine and/or mint. From Glass Half Full, Provincetown.

Nice 2013 Babaresco. A bit sharp but all Nebbiolo. I like this producer for Barbaresco a lot.

Supple cherry, smoke and tears. Hints of plum, baking spices, vanilla, stone and orange. Incredible.
