Very nice, elegant and lush…exceptional Barbera! Deep dark big flavor balanced almost full-bodied Barbera d’ Alba Superiore. Rich berry berry, flavorful, managed tannins, smooth palate…drink again.

100% Barbera. Aged 12 months in small French oak barrels. Full body.
Red fruit, vanilla and wet wood on the nose.
Dry and smooth on the palate. I don’t feel the 15.50% of alcoholic. Excellent Barbera superiore.

Quite fruity, actually, but very enjoyable with our ham and cheese. This is our last one of these in the cellar. Great memories of visiting their azienda.
