Slight red fruits/tomato leaf and Oregano...suprised by the barnyard funk that faded. Well balanced acid with high tannins. Outstanding tonight

On an odd place, kind of tannic, fruit needs time to emerge. Good with cheese but not overly enjoyable on its own.

Fantastic Il Poggio. Black cherry with vibrant acidity and a nice sappy note. Very long finish. Will hold for years.
