Top Notes For
Sipping Fine Wine

Blend of 90% Sangiovese, 5% Merlot and 5% Colorino, deep Ruby with aromas of berry fruits and spicy floral notes. On the palate flavors of black cherry fruit with pepper and cinnamon, lively acidity with firm tannins. Medium finish ending with fruit and slight oaky character.

Forgot to log this one. Surprisingly good, at an affordable price ($15 ish). Well balanced, with enough grip to handle some meat, and enough fruit/acidity to pair with tomato sauce. Very well done. No formal notes taken.

Really enjoyed and would add to regular rotation. Well-balanced, not too sweet, and went well with a pasta dish. Decent price ($15).

Little dark cherry in a ruby colored Chianti. Nice for the price. A little dark berry and slight, fine tannin. Classic value, Sangiovese.

Did not have Gabbiano Chianti in a long while. Tried it again recently and was very pleased with the smoothness, the color and aroma. Great wine for the price

This has been or go to red since my son turned its on to it. Well balanced, dry without being acidic. Just a great drinking wine. Medium bodied do it goes with chicken, pork and beef. I don't like fruity wine, so this is just a great drinking wine.
