V16. Nice, has all the right stuff, just can’t bring all together at one time. Raspberry nose. Cherry and black cherry fruit. Smooth, dry, tight, slightly bitter, mocha finish. Unbalanced. Decant . Won’t disappoint with a meal.

Primarily Sangiovese (95%) with a touch of Merlot (5%). The nose fills with blackberry fruit, leather and cedar. Black cherry, black licorice and a bit of tobacco on the pallet. Little bit of pepper spice and herbs on the finish. Nicely balanced acidity and silky tannins. Bright and fresh. Revisited in October 2023. Still nice and fresh tasting.

Good balance and typical chianti notes. Slight tannin notes on the tongue at the beginning with a clean finish. Very flavorful.

Very dry-almost puckering for the palate. Smooth finish, exquisite art and bottle design although a little below my price points to be candid.
