One of our favorite everyday Cabs. Deep ruby with aromas of dark cherry, currant, plum, blackberry, stewed fruits, tobacco, and a bit of mustiness. On the bud, super smooth with a nice long finish. Flavors of stewed fruits and dark berries, Fabulous with our coffee rub Ribeyes!

Despite being a Napa tourist trap, this producer made a few tasty wines. The quattro is a blend of 4 plots of Cabernet Sauvignon from various locations in the valley. Harty and smooth.

Dec 23rd, 2023Very good cab!!!!! Notes of floral, spice, and oak. Very smooth to drink. Full bodied. Taste of dark berries. They only make 6 barrels per year and u have to be a club member to acquire.
