Il Rubino Pinot Noir

I liked. Not dry, smooth. I enjoyed with Sis and Aunt Marilyn

Sooo smooth! This “Il Rubino” Pinot Noir blend is delightful to the nose and palate. Perfect accompaniment to a chicken cacciatore :-)

2018- very soft cherry fruit opening, with a more robust earthy body. Finished with a smooth cooking spice

This was a pleasant pinot. No dry after taste, just nice not-to-sweet flavours. Enjoyed after a lovely walk through the fall trees in Richmond Hill.

Nice Pinot Noir, good floral notes and well rounded with good body.

Pretty yummy Pinot. The bottle I have is Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir which I could not find within the app. This is a new Pinot Noir from the castle. Subtle acidity and full of red fruits. Stewed strawberry, dried flowers, a bit of wet earth. Medium finish and low tannin. So refreshing and smooth. Delicious wine making your mouth want another sip.

It’s on the light/medium-bodied side but pretty good pairing with lamb
