Medium Ruby with red fruit aromas and floral spice. On the palate cherry and raspberry with notes of sweet earthy spice. Fine tannins on a medium+ finish, good balance with acidity yielding to a fresh ending with a zing of spice. Drinks well now! Nice!

This was ok, why does it seem so hard to find good Chianti? My adventurism is rarely rewarded...

Costco deal- got it for a steal. Lighter Chianti with that classic cherry shining through. Gonna get many more.

Color of clear saturated ruby. Nose of strawberry, ripe grapes, spice, cherry jam, a bit vanilla, powerful alcohol, and a bit black tea. Taste of spicy tea, sweet note from ripe grapes, bittersweet zest, a bit peppery, quite light, some orange, and low tannins. Aftertaste of some more grapefruit note. Clean refined flavors yet a bit too light for me.

Juicy & cheery Chianti Classico with good fruit and a nice balance. Slightly on the beefier, richer style but very quaffable.

Nice intensity, excellent seductive nose with dried cherry and herbs. On the palate a bit rustic, with quite a tannic grip and a fruit punch. Lacks a bit of elegance.
