It had some reduction at first, and I had the impression the harvest was advanced to avoid mesiterranean influence. I enjoyed it, it showed good aour cherries, but the acidity did not feel integrated. Yet to to find the Spanish Pinot.

Excellent herbaceous notes. Bright cherry, red currant, and raspberry fruits led by tart red apple skin. Rose petal notes weave through the nose and palate at length. Very nice gravelly minerality on the finish. A bit more acidity and this could be blinded as Burgundian. Serve at cellar temp to really enjoy!

My first Spanish Pinot Noir & wine from Costers del Segre πŸ‡ͺπŸ‡Έ For €36 (Β£28 in πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§) recommended by @gabymeetswine @vilaviniteca I have to say it’s a lovely easy drinking nicely balanced rich fruity drop drinking well young πŸ‘ The fruitiness of a πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ πŸ‡ΏπŸ‡¦ πŸ‡¨πŸ‡± Pinot but the balance & lightness of a πŸ‡«πŸ‡· burgundy 😁

πŸ‘„ Light-Med body of smooth ripe blackberry w/ a cherry & raspberry undertone into a mineral stone dry hint in med acidity
