A pretty serious Langhe Nebbiolo. Red fruit, tar and a touch of wood polish on the nose - but not in a bad way. Terrific grip on the palate. This is designed to age and I think it will. A teeny bit funky but not enough to detract from an attractive wine that would be interesting to try in a few years.

From my first run thru Biondivino....everyone else was finding extensive "funk" that didn't come through to me. I enjoyed it as a good value, non-BAR- Neb...mid30's I think. .....not AS fun, full, complex as the btg from Pausa that instigated this purchase.
